Scope and eligibility
These Terms apply to the use of the application and its related services unless a more specific condition is stated for a given feature or purchase flow.
By using the application, users confirm they meet the requirements applicable to the service. The current public text does not restrict access by consumer or business status.
Accounts and credentials
- Users must provide complete and truthful information during registration.
- Users are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and secure.
- All activity performed under a user account remains the user responsibility.
- Suspected disclosure, theft, or misuse of credentials must be reported to the owner immediately.
Account suspension or termination
Users may terminate their account by contacting the owner.
The owner may suspend or cancel accounts considered inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these Terms.
- Suspension or cancellation does not create a right to compensation, damages, or reimbursement.
- Amounts already due remain payable even if an account is suspended for user-caused reasons.
Content, licenses, and acceptable use
Unless otherwise stated, content available on the application belongs to the owner or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property rights.
Users may only use the content as necessary for the proper use of the service and may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works unless explicitly permitted.
Where users upload or provide content, they confirm they have the rights needed to do so and grant the owner a non-exclusive license limited to operating and maintaining the application.
- The owner may remove or block user-provided content if complaints, infringement notices, public authority orders, or platform risk concerns arise.
- Users must not use the application in violation of law, regulation, or third-party rights.
Software license and updates
Any software or technical applications incorporated in the service remain the property of the owner or its licensors.
Users receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to use the software only within the intended scope of the service.
- Source code access is not granted.
- Updates, corrections, and new versions may be released by the owner.
- Some new versions may require additional payment.
Subscriptions, payments, and delivery
Some services are offered on a recurring paid basis. Prices, plan duration, and other purchase conditions are presented during the order flow and may change without notice before purchase.
Payments are handled through third-party providers. The application does not collect full payment-card information and only receives payment confirmations.
- Orders are only finalized when acceptance is confirmed.
- If payment fails or is declined, the owner is not obliged to fulfill the order.
- Digital services are normally delivered through restricted subscriber areas.
- Access may depend on legal, up-to-date devices and software.
Cancellation and refunds
Users may cancel a subscription at any time through account settings or by contacting customer support.
The current public policy states that already-paid subscription periods are generally non-refundable.
- Cancellation stops renewal in the next billing cycle.
- Rare exceptions may apply for owner-side errors or duplicate/incorrect payments.
- Valid refund claims are reviewed case by case.
Liability, indemnity, and service availability
The public terms describe the service as provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.
The owner limits liability for indirect or consequential damages, unauthorized access, transmission interruptions, malware, or user-generated content, subject to mandatory law.
Users agree to indemnify the owner against claims or losses arising from misuse, breaches of the Terms, or violations of third-party rights.
General provisions
- The owner may interrupt the service for maintenance, updates, or force majeure events.
- Users may not reproduce, resell, or exploit the service without written permission.
- Continued use after updates to the Terms implies acceptance of the revised version.
- The governing law and jurisdiction are tied to the owner location, subject to consumer-protection exceptions required by applicable law.
- Consumers in Europe may also use the European online dispute resolution platform where applicable.
